Does this configuration with Gigabyte Z370M-D3H work with Hackintosh?

I am planning to build my 1st Hackintosh for Music Production

here is my configuration:

Intel Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte Z370M D3H (rev. 1.0) Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 2GB Silent Low Profile Video Card
Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 ATX Mid Tower Case

Or should i use Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370-DS3H Micro ATX.
Which one is better for hackintosh performance?

Or should i use an ATX motherboard?

I am Building for Music Production

Planning for DUAL BOOT Windows 7 and hackintosh.

And what are the possibilities by which I can reduce the price without seriously effecting the performance?

What are the possibilities which can increase the performance?

This configuration should work with MacOS High Sierra.

But you want to run Windows 7 on a Coffee Lake system like this? Are you aware that Microsoft has already stated that Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake and newer hardware will only be supported on Windows 10?

I think I come across a thread some time ago that claims to have Window 7 drivers available for Coffee Lake systems like yours. You should do you own research to find out if you can really run Windows 7 on such a system.
