What Fan.aml are you referring to?
First you would need to reverse engineer your ACPI/EC controls for the fan (if they exist).
Fan control can be different for each laptop.

Personally, I would check to see if NotebookFan control (for Windows) has support for your laptop.
If it does, you can use the data within it to determine how to control the fan via ACPI.
But you'll need to be a developer familiar with ACPI and the Notebook Fan control code to do that.

It is that "easy"... but the code in the SSDT is specific to each laptop.

Why do you want the fan to run faster?
What is the core issue you're trying to solve?

Hi Rehabman, i would like to run faster because my laptop originally came with an i3 and i replace that cpu with an i7 and since the heat is much on the i7 i would like a faster fan, please i really really would like to speed the fan to full instead of the regular speed. Thanks i really appreciate your help

Your profile indicates a laptop with i3-4000m.
Your BIOS should adjust the fan automatically based on CPU/heatsink temperatur.
