Are the Fans of the recommended SAPPHIRE Nitro+ Radeon RX VEGA 64 working correctly?

For the most part yes. Occasionally a Game crashes and the fans seem to get stuck at whatever RPM they were when the crash happened... I have to do some more testing though

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the fans are always ON, unlike windows where if theres nothing actually using the GPU then the fans are Off.

You shouldn't need WG or Lilu kext, nor any graphics fixing kext for the Nitro+ RX 580 with macOS 10.13.4. All 5 of my outputs work and I've tested running 6 monitors (two connected over DisplayPort MST) and I have no issues to report. I couldn't say whether your SMBIOS is causing this, though I have heard some SMBIOS's will cause you to boot to a black screen.

I have a Sapphire RX580 Pulse 8GB graphics card, and it runs OOB w/o Luli and WEG kexts in 10.13.4. In the config.plist, I have RadeonDeInit=No, and my SMBIOS is iMac18,3.

I replaced all the new kext from AMD with the old ones from 10.13.3 in the Extensions folder.

Sure) I also attached list of installed kexts. This is last working configuration with enabled IGPU.

You don't need the IntelGraphicsFixup kext. If you use the Clover config.plist parameter RadeonDeInit=Yes, you don't need whatevergreen.kext. Why are using Shiki.kext? If you don't need it, remove it and Luli kext.

To modify your config.plist to add RadeonDeInit=Yes, run the latest MultiBeast for HS and just select the following:

Customize > Graphics Configuration > AMD Graphics Fixup
Build > Install​

Reboot.

You don't need the above in 10.13.4+.
