I no longer have the Windows partition, but if I remember correctly the problem was not on Windows. The noises start when the audio drivers are loaded into MacOS, so I do not understand (maybe it's a problem with the last kext?)
Then I really don't know. But I still would try to delete old installations and restore original AppleHDA among other things. in Toledas guide part X. (Look at all 6 install methods and see if you might have missed something. I once tried to fix the AppleHDA file by deleting files within it and screw up somehow. Then I used the original AppleHDA instead and it worked.) Then try BoomR's guide again since a lot of people use it.

Sry I couldn't help you more. I'm no pro... Just a guy o makes a lot of errors and try to learn from it. ;)

The strange thing is that mine is a clean installation, and the problem comes as soon as I enter the latest version of AppleALC.
I have the same problem with Z370 Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 3. I will try to do more tests!
Do you have AppleALC inside the kext folder of clover?

I don't have AppleALC in S/L/E, L/E or EFI/clover/kexts at all. I don't even think that it is supposed to be installed following BoomR's guide?

The way BoomR explains it work well. The thing is that if you screw up and do things in wrong order or a different method you HAVE to do it from scratch again as Toleda explains here at X: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/applehda-realtek-audio-guide.234732/#post-1606764

I did everything that BoomR said and it worked perfectly. Then I updated to 10.13.4 and then sound doesn't work. I didn't screw up anything :)

Do you know how to fix the sound for 10.13.4 with this build?

I run 10.13.4 but made a clean install. I managed to screw up the sound with two different methods. Followed Toledas guide to undo and delete. Then boomers again. Tada!

The Toleda's guide is just to undo and delete, and then you do Boomer's again? Thanks!

Following this guide to the word (besides different memory). I found I had to use the Lilu and whatevergreen kexts, for the RX580 to be recognized properly, and I have 3 screens working and sound coming through HDMI, , DP etc. Not sure why its not in the guide. Name of the card also now shows up in the system info, where it didn't before. Bare in mind, I'm using 10.3.3. I know they changes things about this card in 10.3.4. So can't say if you still need those kext.

The day came hardware upgrade. I used earler 4770 GA-z87x-oc, 16gb ddr3. Read the entire forum thread and changed the config (put imac 18.2, etc.), add the necessary kexts and drivers posted in the forum, put settings in BIOS. After the launch it worked without reinstallation !!! But no sound and wi-fi (Broadcom BCM94360CD), but should work out of the box. I enter in BIOS and changed settings of pci-e (on z87x, too, it was tweaking the settings and everything worked). But this time not only did not earn a Wi-Fi, but refused to turn on the computer. In -v mode error - does printf work? and if loaded in a safe mode - bsd process name corresponding to current thread unknown. For a very long time I tried to understand what was happening, I already updated to F8 from F7 BIOS. No effect. Then in the options set SATA port to AHCI. After that, everything worked! Why without it everything was loaded initially, but at some point everything changed? I don’t understand. After clean installation, I the update to 10.13.4 and Nvidea driver (387.10.10.10.30.106). And what can I tell you? The drivers are terrible!!! Everything twitches and lags, it is impossible to work. After reading the forum I realized that the problem is in the driver version. With the help of the program (Install webdriver.sh), I can install any version of nv with the current version of HS. All works well with NV 378.10.10.10.25.104, but not excellent. There are no lags, but there is no smooth of interface too. Therefore I am thinking moving to the Vega. The next problem with the sound. After running MultiBeast there is no sound in the front headphones. After running the toleda command does not start on dsd process.... After the next reinstallation HS helped ALC1220 (via MultiBeast), Lilu kext and layout 11. Sound now works well! I continue to test the new system. Slip works, LED on the motherboard turns off during sleep. The indicator at the power button is burn during the slip, although it was turned off on the previous system. No problems with the noise of the coolers. I do not see any special problems in the system. Thank you all for the detailed information!
