NVIDIA Releases Alternate Graphics Drivers for macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 (387.10.10.10.25)

Macvidcards has the NVIDIA driver link on their website for the latest drivers. This fixes the lag issue with High Sierra

I confirm that nvidiagraphicsfixup 1.2.5 fix lag in Nvidia drivers!
Have only a really micro lag when close Safari tabs, but now high Sierra is very smooth with latest drivers.

I confirm performance improvement after updating NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext Smooth as a piece of butter melting on top of a flapjack on my i5 7400+750ti ye olde HDD installation.

But I can also confirm the most recent WebDriver's v....103 (along with macOS update 10.13.4) almost ( ) smooth performance (as in before I've updated NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext).

I did downgrade to Sierra 10.12.6 and system is really smoother than High Sierra.
Safari is really great, all animations smooth and seems also apps open faster, but I did't make any benchmarks.
I suppose the introduction of metal 2 have create some problems with Nvidia drivers, hope will fix in future versions, at the moment I remain with macOS 10.12...

Make your igpu connectorless, so it is not used as opencl accelerator along with your nvidia at once. Use vdadecodercheck to ensure the igpu still is used as video encoder/decoder.

I had some artifacts on browser bars and photoshop but .106 fixed it.
