[Guide] Creating a Custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext

@RehabMan

Hi :)

Thanks for this tutorial, I am currently following it and everything is going right as of now, however I was wondering if you knew what was connected to HS12 and if I must keep it enabled in my DSDT. (see attachment)

Thank you

Yeah I figured that out because it's written, but I have no USB Device connected? Does a TP Link Archer T9E or a RX 580 counts as a USB port ? Otherwise I really doesn't know.

OHH While I was writing, I remember my case is connected in a USB 2.0 Header for Color Management (that I guess only works on Windows?)

Edit 2:

I want to enable the USB Type-C in the back of my motherboard, and the only Type-C device I have is my Essential Phone. It is not appearing under XHC, but PXSX. See attachment. Can you help ?

Thunderbolt not covered here.

Thank you. I must admit I am a little surprised by the reply. Why do you say Thunderbolt ? It's a Type-C from the motherboard See #7 on attachment

It currently appears to work. Will it stop working if I don't do anything special with this port ?

The image you attached shows that the port you're asking about is connected to either a Thunderbolt controller or to a non-Intel USB3 controller (perhaps ASmedia).

Either way, not part of this guide/thread.

Thank you. The DSDT won't disable this port right?
