My config.plist already had an AddHDMI_8000000=YES entry, I deleted it and used AddHDMI=YES but it didn't worked.
Post your IOREG file and config.plist file.

Do you have a DSDT.aml file ?

I don't use any DSDT.aml file, never learned how to deal with DSDT edit.

Your IOREG shows HDMI driver is installed and working. You should be able to switch audio from internal speakers to your HDMI:

Anyway, you graphics card does not have GFX0 device and that's probably why.
You need GFX0 to IGPU & PEGP to GFX0 DSDT patch.

Done this for you in the attached file.
Try it.

In BIOS I tried with Init Display First to IGFX and PEG but nothing changed.

PEG should be first (primary) and IGFX enabled (not Init first).
You did rename my config file to config.plist right ?
After booting with my config file, post IOREG

Yes I renamed your config file with the default name.

Well, again there's an HDAU device in your IOREG which implies HDMI audio should be working.

How are you selecting & testing HDMI audio ?

Also, since you enabled IGPU in BIOS, something strange happened:

Your IGPU@2 shows that it's not Intel but may be Nvidia.
When you enable IGPU, you have to include ig-platform-id.
In the attached config.plist file I have set it to 0x01620007 which is a connector-less IGPU.

I know HDMI audio was not detected because I don't see it listed as an option in System Preferences -> Sound -> Output.
The IGPU is a HD4000 (ig-platform-id = 0x0166000a).
Do I have to activate IGPU, or I can deactivated it since I don't use it ?, that was my initial set up.
I will try this new config.plist and see what happen.

Same thing with ig-platform-id set it to 0x0162007 (no HDMI). I tried 0x0166000a too, but I had a restart loop with it.

It's weird that you can see HDMI activated in the IOREG file but no option to select it in sound preferences.

Well that's really strange.
Post your IOREG after the new config file change. and with the HDMI screen connected to the HDMI port.

You are sure the cable & screen can produce audio when connected ?
BTW, you do not need IGPU to enable HDMI audio.

PS. Thinking about it, your IOREG showed that HDMI audio driver was working BEFORE you enabled AddHDMI. Something is enabling it so you need to investigate what you have added. May be your USB audio ?
