[solved] Trackpad preference pane is blank

I used to have the tracking speed set at max. Does anyone know which property/ies I should change to accomplish the same result in High Sierra? Thanks
PS: my prefPane from El Capitan (which weights more than 200MB... whereas High Sierra's trackpad prefPane weights only 13MB) doesn't load in High Sierra, even after fixing permissions.

edit: another thing that I'd like to get back is the ability to show all windows of an app, when the pointer is on its icon on the Dock and I scroll upwards... I hope this description was clear enough

Don't patch/edit/replace the prefpane. Leave the prefpane as provided by the macOS installer.

Yes, since it wasn't working I just reverted to the original, broken one.
Do you know the name of the properties that I can edit to change those settings?

No need. As mentioned previously, the prefpane works with correct system configuration.

For all people they ask for a script:
put these files to: /Library/LaunchDaemons/

make sure to have ioio installed.

i am trying to install catalina on lenovo ideapad s540 14IWL
currently i installed 10.15.4

what works:
keyboard
audio
wlan (dw1820a)
keyboard backlight control
bluetooth
graphics
type-c 3.1
camera
sdcard reader
brightness control at prefspane/display

not working:
touchpad
brightness hotkeys f11-12

here is my complete working efi and ACPI untouched in origin folder
i tried many things including enabling gpio pinning,VoodooI2C modding etc.. but not worked..
so i put the untouched ACPI folder
