macOS 10.13.4 Update

I've pretty much the same setup as @pastrychef (Asus Strix Z370, i7 8700K, Sapphire Vega 56) and I've just upgraded to 10.13.4 first via AppStore, then via combo update. After the update, I've downloaded his latest EFI folder, replaced mine, copied serials and UUID's, followed the instructions from #1 post updates till 7th update.
Everything seems to be working (that being seid, I just did it so not much was tested really) except for two things: GPU fans are spinning full power just as they did on 10.13.3, and what's most annoying, the Magic Mouse stutters every few seconds even on simple cursor movement. I've tested a USB mouse and it does the same thing, so it can't be the bluetooth of the Magic Mouse. Any ideas what's going on?
Has anyone else experienced anything similar and have a solution by any chance? This is driving me crazy so much, that I'm considering selling the Vega card.

installing 10.13.4 and also the patch for USB, everything seems working fine except:

When the machine going to sleep, sometimes the computer will restart itself. Anyone has that experience ?

And if the machine does not restart by itself, the screen will turns black and the computer will sleep and wake immediately going through cycles.

My system now says Radeon RX 560 sweet..........Update went smooth.

Can you please shere some details? Clover config or kexts related to the RX 560? What type of monitor cable? Onboard Intel graphics + RX 560 or only the RX 560? Any special notes?
Just asking this because Apple dropped the official support for the RX 560 with 10.13.4 update.

Thanks Kee22!

You are mistaken - The reverse is true - The RX 560 now has native support - No additional kexts required.

Apple did drop support for the 560 as an eGPU, and in terms of kexts, I can't drive more than one monitor with my 560 without Whatevergreen kext.

Sleep works correctly? What about 4K and multimonitor setup, is it working as well?
Sleep works - I don't use 4K or MultiMonitor so cannot advise you there.

I am using a 4K monitor with my 560 connected to DP along with two other 1080p monitors connected via DVI and HDMI. Without whatevergreen kext only my DVI port works with my setup, my DP and HDMI do no, if I add whatevergreen back they all work.
