Hi folks, I have these config:

DESKTOP:
-H61M-DS2 1.0 (GIGABYTE)
-Intel I3 2120
- NVIDIA GTX 760 2GB ASUS
-8GB RAM DDR3
- HD WD5000AAKX-003CA0
- WINDOWS 10 X64 MBR PARTITION (single partition)

When I load my penboot everything runs good until the part when my HDD is load.
The boot from my penboot does not recognize my HDD. ERROR: "DISK2: I/O ERROR" always appears.
So: It is impossible to format it.
What's the cause? What is the solution?

I have upload some images from the issue and my bios set.

Thank's!

The Rules said:
Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
Please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard (Mobo), CPU and Graphics Card.
What's the cause? What is the solution?
Certain SATA controllers have issues with AppleAHCIPort v329 (eg ICH10, 5 series, 7 series, ASMedia 1061)
Disks may fail to initialize, not readable or hot plug may fail.

See [Solved] ICH10R and High Sierra and try Fix for ICH10.

My HDD still not being recognized.
Help_me

Thanks for the answer! My HDD isn’t recognized by my penboot.
But I able to install the OS on my other Pendrive of 32GB. It is recognized as a disk.
So, Anyway to modify/add these patch and kexts on my penboot EFI FOLDER with no installation ?
The fact is : I CANNOT INSTALL NOTHING ON MY HDD and it is not detected and supported as the previously photos.
Or the solution is possible just after the installation on my pendrive disk?

Sorry about my English and ignorance.

Thank you!

I replaced the file andddd It’s WORK. Now my HDD appears and I able to install the OS.
Can you explain the issue ?

Thank you very much for your help.
