I updated as well, No issue after I realized itunes12.7.4 updated as well,,and when it is opened all system corrupted...finder will not work and I can not even shut down my computer. No lilu whatevergreen, any boot flag for RXvega. itunes12.7.3 is woking well. Does anyone have the issue with itunes?

Thanks for the info!
Possible workarounds: Use AppleHDA from 10.13.x or use VoodooHDA. Attached Voodoo kext that only matches on NVIDIA codecs so works less aggressively alongside existing native audio patches. Optional: Disable unused outputs in NodesToPatch with mask FFFFFFFF, search for a guide.

Have a Vega64 and after updated, i removed the Whatevergreen kext but after the loading bar, black screen follows. With Whatevergreen, it booted normal like 10.13.3.
Fan-noise is also the same :(

Now testing sleep...

Sleep not working :(

Doing it the lazy way and using the Mac update facility it worked for me on my deskmini build, only because of the hard work of others.
Credits in my previous posts.
Thanks Guys

it doesn't, you have to manually select

I don't use quiet boot so I got to see the bootable options every time the system restarted during. It changed every time.

Initial boot before update "macOS from ***"
During update Clover automatically selected "install macOS from ***" (I think) followed by "PreBoot from FileVault" (I think).

So can RX580 users delete the lilu.kext file?

Well I did, no harm done as I had nothing relying on it. YMMV. Have a backup of the file just in case!

Updated from store. Lost audio but recovered that by re-running multibeast. However also lost USB3 port. Trying various USB fixes now.

Edit: Checked FakeSMC kext (current, in Other folder)
Changed Fix USB_1000 to True. Ran Multibeast with Fix USB options to increase USB ports, but so far no fix. USB2 ports work but not USB3.
Edit 2: Still no USB3. Tried to install Rehabman USB-Inject-All 0.6.4. Was already there, and didn't have any new effect. Open to suggestion. Changed Fix USB_1000 back to False.
Edit3: When USB3 drive is attached during boot, it is detected and is available for booting (as External Drive). But after booting,(internal drive 10.3.4) the same USB3 port is not recognized. Seems this should be an easy fix (Max USB ports to 26 installed) but it has been working all along till now. If I boot from the external drive into OS 10.3.3, the drive works and remains available. But after booting using internal drive containing the updated 10.3.4, the USB3 port is no longer recognized. Suggestions welcome!

All my USB3 ports are gone too...

Hi guys, I need to clean install because I have not space to update... I downloaded the installer and cloned it in 2 USB drives and in the hard drive but clover can't detect it... I tried to download the installer two times... If I try with El capitan installer it works so it is something related with the now build...

My update from Mac App Store failed.

I was using RadeonDeInit method for RX 560, with Intel UHD 630 ig-platform-id 0x59120000 (no fakeid, tried 0003, didn’t work). BIOS set to PCIe graphics prioritized. iMac18,2 Config.

With only FakeSMC.kext in EFI partition, after the installation, the machine rebooted into blackscreen. No video output was detected by my monitor. Tried to switch BIOS to iGPU as 1st, and connected HDMI cable to the motherboard, but it still booted into blackscreen, this time with a cursor.

Tried both with RadeonDeInit on and off, and with and without WhateverGreen, the results are the same.

I'm also experiencing the very same problem as you described.
Gigabyte RX 560 4GB & UHD 630 (i5-8600K), sys def: iMac 17,1

- PCIE as initial device in BIOS, setting RadeonDeInit to No, only a black screen after loading macOS.
- IGFX as initial display setting in BIOS I got the black screen with the cursor.

I can only make it "work" by removing the RX 560 from the motherboard, and connect the display cable to the motherboard. Now at least I can see the output... Sadly the UHD 630 is very laggy after the update, have the same problems as described by others. UHD 630 identified as a duplicate under System Information/Graphics, low res, flickering, lagging.

I recommend NOT to upgrade your PC if you have a Coffee Lake Intel 8th gen build.
