I am using ASUS RX 560.
I used Lilu.kext + WhatEverGreen.kext at 10.13.3.
RadeonDeInit patch alone had a sleep problem.
After updating to 10.13.4, I deleted WhatEverGreen.kext.
I started it only once with RadeonDeInit patch.
After that, I disabled RadeonDeInit patch.
Sleep problem solved.
Currently it works well.
I will continue to test.

After upgrading I had the flicki
Having a flickering display after updating (Full GPU Acceleration and using Intel GPU)
Graphics appears two times in system informations. Any Suggestions ????

Sound works. (USB Audio)

I had the same problem and solved it by:
Changed from iMac18.2 to iMac17.1 and increased the video ram in bios.
Now everything works perfect again, but still see two HD630 video cards in system information.

thanks. what system definition do you use? i had problems with imac18,3 (video lockups) and so am using 18,1 currently.

by 'radeondeinit patch' you mean the setting in clover? just checking.

Radeondeinit has a checkbox in Clover Configurator.

anyone with an RX560 have a report? mine works with WhateverGreen and 10.13.3 but it's a little janky (here and there text gets inverted in title bars, monitor lock screen on 2nd monitor shows corrupt desktop image on wake-from-sleep instead of blurred out wallpaper)

wondering if RX560 is any better supported in 10.13.4...

Previously my RX 560 scored around 80fps - 100fps in Cinebench r15, and the card name was “Baffin Prototype”. Now Cinebench properly shows “RX 560 Compute Engine” and the OpenGL score averaging at 125fps.

However LuxMark scores doesn't change, hovering at 6500.

It's awesome! Set RadeonDeInit to false and just click update in MAS.
RX580 will no longer be recognized as RX480 after upgrading.

but I'd like to know that whether iMac 18,1 can delete lilu.kext or not.
