Hello to every one, this is my first thread so I hope somebody could help me.
I made my first hackintosh build directly into High Sierra following the many guides one could find in this wonderful community, I have all my devices recognized and working, except que the system feels laggy with slow graphics. Even when I try to see videos on YouTube they freeze a little.

My build is as follows:
- Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Designare
- Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0 GHz
- Gigabyte GEFORCE GTX-950
- Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB - 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD
- Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200)
- System definitions for iMac 14,2 (also tryed Mac Pro 6,1)
- Clover 4411 with native NVRAM

I have read and search enough before posting this, I used all the available solutions to the Nvidia web drivers: webdriver.sh from @vulgo and nvidia-update from @benjamin.dobell where not successful for me. Tried different versions of the drivers:
- 387.10.10.10.25.158
- 378.10.10.10.25.106
- 378.10.10.10.25.103
- 378.10.10.10.20.109
- 378.10.10.10.15.121
No one fixes the lag.

I installed the NvidiaGraphicsFixup, Lilu and Shiki kernel extensions with no changes.
I've been stuck on this for a week... so if I not find a solution I'm going to install Sierra 10.12.
Please HELP! I think i'm very close to get my first Hackintosh running perfectly.

I just upgraded my hardware to GA-Z370 HD3P, i7-8700K with the GTX 750 and noticed stutters while playing videos from you tube or from my HDD, along with slight delays when opening and closing certain apps. I found the following link while searching the net. It worked on my system, but may not help you. If it does not help, you can always reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers. The info at https://github.com/Benjamin-Dobell/nvidia-update will explain what the script does. Good luck. -

UPDATE:
My bad, I see that you have already tried this. Just a suggestion, if you are using nvidiagraphicsfixup, try removing it to see if it helps.

I'm getting some delay in closing browser windows and some apps, it's very slight, but annoying.
I am running High Sierra, so I cant see the update helping, it's more likely a driver issue somewhere.

Yes I’m using nvidiagraphicsfixup, I will try removing it.

I have a nearly identical system currently running 10.13.13. Here's my config.plist for reference. I don't know what steps you took when building the machine, but it might help to remove the GTX-950 while installing / upgrading MacOS, then reinstall it and use nvidia-update.sh to get the .106 drivers loaded.

@BreBo I have already disabled Integrated Graphics, what do you mean by "PEG"?, my primary graphics is PCIe. I will try not injecting intel

Thanks for your help

I'm not sure on your bios, but in mine you go to graphics section and you will have IGFX or EGE Or Auto. Set it to PEG. I have just done this myself as it was set to auto even though I set it to PEG when I installed osx. Nevermind. It's helped the situation so far, but time will tell.

Well it seem I'm doomed :(. I have removed Intel inject from my Config.plist like @BreBo says, remove nvidiagraphicsfixup, re run nvidia-update from @benjamin.dobell, but steel all is the same. Also checked that PCIe Slot 1 is my first graphic output. The system feels with lag performance on windows and visual effects, sluggish scrolling, etc. I will compare my Config.plist with the one @kidpub post.
One more detail, I'm in 10.13.3 (17D102)
