 Lol silly me, I found it.

Yeah I'm currently using BIOS Version F5.

For added information, I've installed MacOS 10.12.6 Sierra incase that matters.

Thanks!

I think I might just start from scratch and try again.
I enabled Screen sharing, I had it working once before but now for some reason I'm unable to achieve screen sharing. But if I inject the Nvidia at the Clover boot loader then screen sharing works. Hmm..

And a another weird thing when applying step 9.

9. Mount EFI partition and open the Config.plist with Clover Configurator, under Acpi enable FixShutdown and save and quit. This will fix the issue when the computer would restart on shutdown.

For some reason I'm still unable to shutdown.

I think because I've been trying things from different guides/post I messed up along the way.

I've watched so many videos involving the same motherboard and CPU although their approach to certain steps some what differ which can be confusing. But it looks so easy that I'm surprised that I've been so unsuccessful.

I also did a clean install with 10.12.6 and I used the lilu kexts instead of using AGDPfix.app

Did you sort out the issues with the install? I had the same issue with screen sharing no longer working after installing AGDPfix or lilu and I had to disable CSM in the bios.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I was away and Tonymacx86 doesn’t allow the use of VPNs since spammers use VPNs.

It was quite strange actually. I attempted to reinstall everything but my motherboard won’t allow me to boot from USB (i don’t know maybe because it had like 23 things listed for the one SSD macOS was installed on)

Anyway after disconnecting and reconnecting I was finally successful in my reattempt.

After following your instructions to the letter (although I should mention Xcode is not installed by default so that will be needed first), I was successful in screen sharing this time around, and I added both kexts and installed the AGDPfix.app just for good measure. Upon reboot, no black screen, and I was able to shutdown without restart. I still have to test out the audio which didn’t before, and I still have to work out the Bluetooth issues regarding failure to pair. Also how to test to see if USB 3.0 is working correctly?
Many thanks!

What card are you using for Bluetooth? I am using the Apple card, and it works out of the box perfectly. I use a USB 3.0 to SATA III Adapter for 2.5" SDD

After the second try of installing MacOS Sierra everything seam operational including Bluetooth with pairing. Although my USB 3.0 ports seam a bit slow. I’m getting read an write speeds of 88MBps.

I was able to get the system to shutdown just fine before using the FixShutdown, but out of nowhere the system refuses to shutdown and just reboots instead. I applied no new updates. The only changes I made was I install the Wacom drivers for my Cintiq and the Logitech gaming driver for the Logitech G13 Gameboard.
