So, I've noticed upon testing that the newer UniBeast USBs that use Clover allow for the OS to be installed to Master Boot Record formatted drives, but the older UniBeast USBs that use Chimera do not allow for the OS to be installed to Master Boot Record formatted drives. I was wondering why this is the case.

UniBeast has always allowed the destination disk to be formatted as MBR for Legacy mode.
And installing the OS to it as well? If so, then it sounds like I need to make a thread for an issue I'm having. I just need confirmation.

Installation of macOS is only supported on GUID Partitioned Disks (GPT).
Okay... But it's still doable to install OS X/macOS to Master Boot Record formatted drives natively through the installers...

If it is it's a bug, as it's not supported by Apple.
Oh. Well, you are the first individual to tell me that that is a bug. I will refrain from posting about this in the future I guess, since that's what it is apparently. Though I don't think I would classify that as a bug per se.
