Hi Guys,

Looking for a bit of help here— hack is booting and gets stuck at Apple logo after update to 10.13.3. Installation proceeeded without problem; restarted, then installed Nvidia driver updated, and restarted again... Everything seemed OK, booted quickly, no graphics problems as others have reported...

So far so good, but then sound was not working so I ran multibeast and then (I think?) Toleda's script to try and get audio going again... Obviously I have botched something up with that, and now I'm stuck at the boot logo and don't know where to go from here to get things working again.

I'm sure it's a simple fix if one of you experts can kindly point me in the right direction, I would very much appreciate it!!

My build:
Asus Z170i Pro Gaming
i7-6700k
GeForce GTX 980

Let me know if you need any other info regarding the build or config etc., or if you have any suggestions on what I should try. Thanks!

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)

@BreBo thanks a lot for your reply

Looks like a fresh install of 10.13.3 did the trick. Boot does not hang and sound works again. Not sure what happened, but for now everything's good in the world again.
