USB will not boot

Hi,

HP Pro 3130 mt
MS-7613 v1.1 mobo
Intel i3 (soon to be i5 quad)
4 gb ram (soon to be 8gb)
Intel GPU (which I don't need graphics as its going to be a network box)

I have run the Unibeast installer onto 2 different USB drives not to install El Capitan (and have tried High Serra) but neither will work.

I create the USB all good on my MacBook Pro (both UEFI and EFI Legacy)
Insert USB into HP
Boot, change to boot form USB (and disable VT)
but it just gives me a flashing cursor when trying to boot off the USB.

I know this can run OSX as I have another HP-EX490 running, I take the HDD out of that and insert it into this and boot and BOOM I can see it on the network and I can remote on and see all the config and use it.

Any advice on how I can get this to boot ??

@AdamMann1508, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
If you have multiple systems add them to your signature or build signature.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Ok, I have added details to my signature, which is pretty much the same details in the thread. all my main stations are genuine Mac's anyway this is just a little project

Please fill in your hardware details completely as @BreBo wrote in post #2.
You filled in your personal details for example that you´re using a Intel Core i3, but you didn´t name the exact product.
Same goes for other information like the GPU.
Adding the network or the audio chipset is often a good idea.
