When you loaded clover did you set UEFI mode or just boot loader mode which is the default setting? There is a different setup to load on a disk compared to a USB. If you can access internet with the computer google Clover Confugurator app and download it. Use mount EFI option and check to see if there is anything there (EFI folder). If not you could drag your USB EFI folder to it and try to boot.

i did not choose any uefi options because the board uses bios only. and ill check the uefi folder and get back to you.

There are 2 types of booting UEFI and Legacy. If you have Legacy mode on your USB then it should show when you open the USB icon/folder as EFI which should contain at least 2 folders one the Boot folder and the other Clover there should also be a boot file exposed outside the folders. If you have these on your USB you can transfer them to your main drive to boot in Legacy mode,

@darthluke8989, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
The Rules said:
Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
