Then you will continue to have a problem - getting and installing a compatible OS X bluetooth or a wifi/bluetooth combo card is relatively easy.

Hi there all. I've been trying to get iMessage working now that my system is stable. I've followed the excellent guide and confirmed that my serial # is unique and my iMessage debug text matches. But when I sign into iMessage I get a the attached error. I did sign in with this ID on one of my real Mac's, and the ID worked fine.

Blurring out the customer code as I am unsure if it's unique to the Apple ID/hardware I am using.

I just set up a hackintosh using Coffeelake CPU with SMBIOS set to iMac 18,3. Itt works well and I can use iMessage with my account without any problem, but my child's Apple ID and another adult Apple ID are blocked when trying to logging into iMessage, requiring to contact support with customer codes. Called Apple support and they unblocked the two IDs. But iMessage logged in and automatically logged out again. Does this mean my serial number has problem? I have tried two but both have the same problem.

Hi everybody!

I've read this guide and successfully enjoyed iCloud/iMessage services working almost fine for almost a year. A couple of months ago, after a Kernel Panic, my system restarted (obviously) and after that, my iCloud account was locked in all my devices.

I own an iPhone 6, iPad, Macbook Pro 2012 (High Sierra) and a hackintosh (the one in my profile, with Sierra). I had to re enable it via iForgot and change the password. I have no idea why it happened, but I decided to update Clover and Clover configurator, and now it's back working, but today, after another Kernel Panic, it seems to be ok but all the iCloud services seems to be stuck (not synching properly). I checked my console and Photolibrary gives me this error (with many others):

nw_parameters_set_source_application_by_bundle_id Failed to convert from bundle ID (com.apple.cloudpaird) to UUID. This could lead to wrong data usage accounting.​

Any clue of what could be the cause? I've highlighted the most suspicious text (to my understanding), which makes me think there's something wrong yet my my hack . I run out of ideas about how to fix it.
Just to clarify, I use a paid iCloud storage and I have enabled also iCloud Photolibrary.

I write this question here because I think it's all related with the iMessage fake SN/UUID thing and this thead seems to be the one with the deepest knowledge about it.

Also, my IDs for my NVRAM where carefully generated using this thread's guide (chapter 7.1 - Manual Injection - Alternate ROM Method).

Your best step is to run iMessageDeBugger and see if the values are showing 'void'/'fail' or possibly a plus sign '+' at the end of the MLB value. Something is changing within the values that is causing this problem. If you used Clover Configurator to inject the values in the config.plist, make sure the 'Trust' box is ticked and saved to the config.plist. Good luck.

Thanks for your answer! I paste here a screenshot of iMessageDebug (with obscured numbers, leaving just the first and last ones). I don't see any error there. What I obscured is just numbers and letters corresponding to each thing but I can't see anything wrong there.

What I had disabled (and I don't know why) is the "Trust" option from Clover. I'll enable it and report any change.

I just built my first Hackintosh and have everything working fine except for imessage. I've gone through the imessage fixes and the idiots guide but I keep getting an activation error. Can anyone tell me why/ help me?/ please and thank you!
