Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

TRIM+APFS is a bad idea. Disable TRIM or install on HFS+J.

install Kext to /System/Library/Extensions

Kexts should be installed to /L/E not /S/L/E.

and SSDT.aml to /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched

You need only config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/Generate/PluginType=true.

As previously suggested, you should install on HFS+J. These logs shows APFS+TRIM.

As per guide, you cannot reliably share patched ACPI files.
You need to patch your own:
