Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro announced!

I started to follow this thread a while a go because i want an Mi Notebook Pro (I've ordered it 3 weeks ago).
As I have build numerous of OSX(86) machines with Clover Im positive that there are possibilities.

Main problem is the WLAN as told before.

FYI for everyone:
The WLAN is located next to the fan. I can't see if it is soldered on and what type the connectors are.
There are numerous extension cord types for this, Im guessing it is a MHF4 type (for m.2 sockets).

I have yet to receive my Notebook Pro so I won't be 100% sure what type it is and if its soldered, I'll find out soon enough.

Another FYI:
The second M.2 connector is also NVME compatible! Not just SATA.

My idea if the WLAN is soldered:
Buy an M.2 WLAN compatible card for OSX. Buy some extension cords and have build in WLAN!

My idea if the WLAN is not soldered:
Ofcourse; replacing the old one with an compatible one.

Sorry for the double post (also in the Air topic).

So is it yet possible to use a m.2 wifi card in this laptop? does such thing exist? like is there a wifi/bluetooth m.2 card, does that exist? please let me know as I might just use usb wifi and bluetooth and wireless mouse

AFAIK SSD uses B and M M2 keys, while Wifi uses A and E keys. There are cards which are compatible with both B & M, or A & E, but no wifi-cards that work with ssd keys or vice versa. So if it's soldered USB is probably your only option.

Hi, I try install but the system reboot, I read the faq and the guide but never, this the last screen.
Help please

Just for general understanding- Hige Sierra can be installed on this machine but without a WiFi option that can be resolved by using a WiFi dangle?

Any news about users that were able to install high sierra on this machine?
It will be great if someone can share...

Hey Guys, now I have the notebook. I successfully installed High Sierra, using the GutHub repo, but I have 2 issues now (and the WiFi, but I know is normal, maybe I will try an m2 adapter in future):
-Some problems with touchpad: it works, but when you "throw" the pointer it continue to go without stopping
-External HDMI port work, but when I plug the internal display became black (also using duplicate or extended, changing resolution,...)
-Audio from jack port seems not work proper (but speaker yes)

Anyone can help me?
