This is the point man. I cant boot with usb without any patch. The usb is vanilla from your guide with spoof ssdt. Same error

Your SystemMemory addresses in ACPI/patched do not match ACPI/origin:
Code:
u430:patched Admin$ diff ../origin/ ../patched/ |grep SystemMemory
< OperationRegion (GNVS, SystemMemory, 0x77ACD000, 0x05F6)
> OperationRegion (GNVS, SystemMemory, 0x77C0D000, 0x05F6)

As per ACPI patching guide, you must re-extract/re-patch ACPI after:
- any BIOS option change
- any BIOS update
- any hardware change

Your USB EFI/Clover should not have patched ACPI.
If you provided the wrong files, you will need to upload the intended files.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (no ACPI/origin, no misc/preboot.log)
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

But I can already see your ACPI configuration is wrong.
See guide:

Okay so I extracted ACPI origin files wile on the new BIOS, downgraded BIOS, managed to boot into macOS using files from https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-dell-inspiron-15-7559-sierra-high-sierra-install.201576/ I then patched the ACPI files I extracted earlier and made my new USB, reinstalled the new BIOS and I was able to boot, however, only with Legacy enabled. With legacy disabled I still face the issue from post #6. I have attached problem reporting files.

It does not have any patch except spoof ssdt as I have reiterated a couple of times.

The files I have attached are from my ssd.

I created an EFI folder using newest CLOVER and my old config and drivers. This one allows me to boot and continue with patching ACPI. Feel free to try it.
Note that I have 1080p screen so it won`t work for 4K without modifying.

Yes! It worked, I used Clover installer and filled it with my files, I have attached CLOVER folder zipped with a different SMBIOS config.
