I've been trying to get my App Store to work. I cannot get ethernet to show up at all. It was working on my last build (Yosemite, Chameleon) but not on my new update (Sierra, Clover).

I've tried NullEthernet and IntelMausiEthernet. I've also tried several times to remove all devices in Network, delete NetworkInterfaces and Preferences. I've also rebuilt the cache several times.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Been stuck for a couple nights now.

Thanks!

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

@RehabMan, this article is amazing – thank you.

I've attached the problem reporting files.

I've attached the problem reporting files.

misc/preboot.log is missing (you forgot to press F2).
Also, attach 'lspci -nn' output from within Linux Terminal.

I see. Attached is a new zip that includes preboot.log.

I removed system.log because it contains sensitive information - hope that's okay.

Also, attach 'lspci -nn' output from within Linux Terminal.

For me, Mac Terminal doesn't return anything with 'lspci -nn' – and I don't have a Linux machine – but after some Googling I figured running the 'dspci' script that comes with DCPIManager may be similar enough. See attached, and if I'm wrong let me know.

Thanks!

Linux can be run directly from USB.
Refer to ubuntu.com.

Note that your Clover bootlog shows no recognized Ethernet:

Maybe you disabled it in BIOS, or it is otherwise defective.

That did it! THANK YOU!

Not sure how it got disabled but doesn't matter much now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

App Store and iMessages now working. Glad I switched to Clover.
