AMD graphic will works until...next OS update. NVidia has proper driver on each update and always works . After sleep you must login out and log in thats all. I prefere one known error vs unknown AMD errors in future and black screen after os start.

Not true, as apple has the AMD cards now, one of which was the sapphire rx 580 pulse. Nvidia is supplying third party drivers and they could just stop, as they always have to deal with osx integration from the outside, about which they have been struggling with re: the screen corruption and photoshop display cache corruption issues.

I got the rx 560 but had some issues with hdmi, is hdmi/dp dual display working on your rx 570?

I only have one display running on DP, so I haven't tested dual display unfortunately.

Well, I can't say that is true since Nvidia does not have proper drivers for the 1060 now, or for Sierra. I believe AMD is becoming a better choice for the not-so-distant future. Of course all of that can change at any time, so do whatever works best for you.

After clean install, I have no problem anymore.
I only use ethernet and fakesmc kexts.

Anyone know if this is fixed yet with 10.13.2 or 378.05.05.25?

What OS version and build are you running? Additionally, what Nvidia drivers version?

Does this issue only occur for the 1060? What about the 1070 and 1080?

I’m running latest Sierra, NOT HIGH SIERRA.
nvidia 1060 6gb.
Driver: 378.05.05.25f04

I don’t have 1070 and 1080, so cant test it out.
