I'm planning to buy a new laptop and setting it up as a Hackintosh that could dual boot with windows on the same HDD.
Which laptop will easier to make that project happen?
If they have the same difficulty level, which one would you recommend.
Will one of them need an external WiFi adapter?

the two laptops are:

Thanks in advance.

Don't know if the Dell you're considering has a guide, but the Probook does.
Look in guides section:

Excuse me, it is my first time posting on this forum.
The laptop has the latest Intel core i7-8550u and comes with a discrete GPU MX150.
How would it perform?

KabyLake-R graphics requires FakeID, FakePCIID.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext (latest version).
Dual GPU, is of course, not supported as described in the FAQ. You will use Intel IGPU only.
There are very few KabyLake-R laptops that have been hacked, so it is all early going. Impossible to predict all problems you might run into.
