Hey. I've been fighting this thing all weekend, but to no avail.

I recently bought a bcm94352z which I've been fighting to keep my bluetooth working. Maybe I have missed something, but it breaks after wake up from sleep only when on battery power. Attaching prfs.

Yeah, now I tried connected to AC, and it also breaks when connected. Anyways, I've removed Virtualbox (Shall I remove parallels, too?) and fixed my kexts configuration to load from SLE and just inject when FakeSMC isn't on kextcache. It boots slightly faster. Attaching new prf's before and after sleep (this tool is magical).

Remove AirportBrcmFixup.kext.
Consider a fresh install with no additional software installed.

Also, you forgot to remove ForceKextsToLoad from your config.plist (it is only for pre-install).

Is there a way to re-install onto an external USB hdd? It's just that I'm in the middle of semester and can't do without a working laptop. Also, would you recommend hotpatching instead of static DSDT patching for the reinstall?

Sketchy.
A fresh install can be made to a second partition instead.

Hotpatch is the best way, but more complicated to implement.
Your choice.

I got myself to break the laptop when I tried to go HS, but now with renowned confidence reinstalled Sierra and hot patched ACPI and it now works. Now I'm with little software but everything: wifi, sleep, shutdown (also posted, but no solution), bt , SSD (missing trim patch temporarily), etc. working. I wish it isn't VM's that doesn't allow me to have bt after sleep. I'm dumping debug to see if we could learn from this case.

The ioreg you attached shows BT working.

What do you mean? I reinstalled as asked, and now bluetooth works after sleep. I added the last zip to compare from when bt after sleep was broken.

Your post wasn't very clear.
When you wrote "I wish it isn't VM's that doesn't allow me to have bt after sleep", I read it as BT was not working after sleep.
So (given your clarification)... no problems with BT with fresh install.
Good sign/problem solved.
