Just booted into Sierra (10.12.6) on my new build. Went through MultiBeast and installed everything like normal. Used the new method of installing the NVIDIA Web Driver via Clover Configurator on my EFI recovery partition and was feeling pretty pleased with myself. Until I tried to restart to activate the web driver. The settings in Clover at startup don't match my Configurator config.plist settings, so I can't change my boot flags. I tried clearing the nvram via Terminal to be safe, no dice. What am I doing wrong?

Are you editing the correct plist? Do you still have the USB stick in from the install?

Yes I still have the USB stick, it doesn't boot without it. I thought I was supposed to edit the plist for my hard drive? I just made edits to my hard drive plist, my USB plist, and the EFI-Backups plist to be safe. I even removed nvda_drv=1, to no avail. There is absolutely nothing that should be preventing this driver from working.

I asked about the USB stick because many people do the install using the usb stick and then leave it in there while editing the config they installed on the HDD and can figure out why none of the changes are showing up. It is because they are still booting from the USB every time.

Gotcha. So I removed the USB and I still can't boot from my SSD. The BIOS doesn't even recognize it.

Then that is a different issue altogether. You should be booting from the USB and then using Multibeast to setup Clover on there with the appropriate kexts. Then removing the USB and booting directly off the SSD.

I'll set up another thread and get back to you here when I have that fixed.

Okay it's running without the install disk. I added the NvidiaWeb parameter to SystemParameters in config.plist, but it's still won't run with it.

Nevermind I figured it out! Thanks!

Hey, what was your solution for successful boot via ssd instead of USB? I can only boot via USB! :(
Booting from ssd gives me an Apple logo with no loading bar (after booting from clover) and it stops there!
