No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

  1. Mic input is not detected. Mic is connected to the front port. This setup works fine in windows. When I connect the mic, I do see some activity under system preferences/sound/input. I only see one line for input.
  2. OS X Version 10.13.1, MB: GA-Z270-HD3, BIOS version F7, CPU: I5-7500, Graphics: IGPU 630
  3. AppleALC. Fixed HDEF, Picked Layout ID:2, placed (most recent versions of) AppleALC.kext and Lilu.kext in EFI/Clover/Kext/10.13
  4. Copy of IOReg attached.
  5. Not able to save the messages. Not able to find the save button.
  6. AppleHDA.kext attached.
  7. DPCI Manager doesn’t start. Output of terminal output attached.
  8. Screenshots attached.
  9. DSDT or SSDT files not available/not patched.
  10. Config.plist attached.
I am sorry, if I haven't provided all the details requested.

now no audio devices
Run Terminal:
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /
Save output
Restart
Reply with the saved output and all, new Problem Reporting files.

Mic input is not detected.
Audio ID: 2 repurposes motherboard Pink and Blue to outputs, only input is front panel Pink; wrong choice for your motherboard
Set config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/1
Reply with new files

Thanks for the help!
IOReg is useless, make a new copy as requested.
Did you restart after the rebuilding cache? If no, restart.
Try again, attach all, new files
Include installed AppleHDA.kext
