No it was messed up for two years, but I fixed it last week with the information in this post. Then a few days ago my wife restarted the computer some OS updates installed and it stopped working again.

I updated to the latest web driver and removed inject nvidia. Still have the same result. I appreciate all of the help.

I still get the NVIDIA Chip Model 7 MB message.

I still get the NVIDIA Chip Model 7 MB message.
Reinstall the web driver again if you have 'removed inject nvidia' since updating. If it still doesn't work, see if you get errors from this command

I received the following

kext file:///System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDADisabler.kext/ is in hash exception list, allowing to load

The attached plist did not make a difference, the same issues still occur.

Do you think changing my motherboard and creating a new build would help resolve a lot of my issues? If so, can you recommend a popular LGA 1155 board that a lot of people are still using with High Sierra?
