Hey,

As stated above I have an Asus Z170-Deluxe running 10.13 with the supplemental update; Wifi worked out the box, but Bluetooth needed Rehabman's BRCM patches.

System report states everything is supported and the Continuity Activation Tool Beta says that everything is activated.
Instant Hotspot is available but won't connect, Handoff works with apps from Mac to iPhone, but not vice versa (it worked once, only once).

Also, Universal Clipboard does not work. I have ran the CAT beta with sudo -f to no avail.
It says that the wifi card is unrecognised.

Code:
Verifying Continuity status... OK. OS X reports Continuity as active

Checking legacy kext... OK. Not using legacy kext.
Verifying BT4 dongles compatibility... OK. Compatibility with BT4 USB dongles is not enabled, this tool can fix this if a dongle is plugged in
Verifying old Wi-Fi kext presence... OK. Legacy Wi-Fi driver Brcm4331 was already removed
Verifying legacy Wi-Fi card patch... OK. The patch is already done. Old Broadcom Wi-Fi cards may work.
Is there a patch or kext to solve this and get continuity and handoff fully working?

I'm Mac 17,1.
Vendor 14E4 and Device 43A0; Broadcom 4360

The rest of the specs are i7-6700k and GTX1080.

I have tried signing in and out and all the other tricks but nothing has helped.

Thanks in advance for any help!

P.S. I've now lost my thread creating virginity, if I have forgotten to attach any files; sorry!

Try this trick

cd /System/Library/Extensions

sudo mv AirPortBrcmNIC-MFG.kext AirPortBrcmNIC-MFG.kext.bak

sudo rm -f /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/kernelcache && sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

(Reboot)

Sign out iCloud, reboot, try again handoff

Hey gogglefive,

Doing this method made Instant Hotspot, and whatever parts of handoff I had, stop working.

Thanks though!
