can i use this for mac mini hackintosh with GIGABYTE GA-H170N-WIFI?

I am also wondering if the MSI GT 710 1GD3H LPV1 is Hackintosh compatible.

The defining feature is the chip. GT 710 will work, but need Nvidia web drivers. Otherwise it's only one display, unaccelerated.

Correct, the chip itself will work, but due to the way that some manufacturers relay/change the designs of graphics cards/electronics, I am worried that in that process it renders some unusable or if they have side effects.

You shouldn't need the Nvidia drivers for a GT 710 as it's a "modernized" GT 610.

Okay so that seems to cover the software side of things, but what about the hardware side of things

I can confirm that this card work for Hackintoshing.

Is the 610 the GPU that came directly before the 710? I keep having issues with 710's not being able to work for a specific older system.
