Yes - for the webdriver you need to fully enable SIP, reboot and install webdriver - otherwise your driver installation will report an error and you get to black screen. After you installed the webdriver you can revert SIP back to you value. And without webdriver just boot with nv_disable=1.

What BT/Wifi device you using? I have this one (Broadcom BCM94352Z) and its working without additional driver.

//EDIT: And you should make a SSDT for you cpu according to https://github.com/Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh

I haven't actually installed another card yet, so the mainboard default? No idea which one that is actually. Is it actually supposed to work with the onboard one?:D It definitely worked once though, I could type on the magic keyboard without having the usb inserted. Didn't give it too much thought tbh, was just suprised. I should order another one, are onboard cards recommended instead of usb ones?

Thanks for letting me know about the SSDT, will generate one tomorrow!

I select my partitioned usb about 4 times in a row then it goes to black screen. Never boots. Could this be a motherboard issue or an issue with the bootable usb?

I havn't tested the onboard one. I replaced the onboard BT/wifi card with the previous mentioned one - so idk if BT is working. Wifi is not working with the default card.
I have the following combo for the onboard slot - which works without additional driver and will be recognized natively from mac os, even during installation setup: this & this At the moment the price is very high. I got mine for 31€.

You should boot -v and check whats wrong. And keep in mind that you need to adapt the USB part of config.plist from the first post with this.

I see you have Nvidia Card in details - Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB. Sleep/Wake works well with Nvidia cards. Its only broken with the Intel HD 630. I think the sleep is broken since Skylake Intel HDs came out. Earlier versions worked flawless.

Just wanted to say, that I successfully installed High Sierra using this guide.
My graphics card is a 1060 GTX.

Things to consider:

Bluethooth kind of stopped working though, it definitely worked once with my magic keyboard. No idea what happened:D

All in all, many thanks helping me run this amazing setup:)

Unfortunately I'm having troubles booting OSX with GTX 1060. I tried for an entire day following the steps from Tn1ck's and kgp's posts but I get black screen always. I tried many and many times removing card, setting up SIP, uninstalling, installing drivers without success. I'm struggling.

All good but my audio device is not recognized. No audio...

Finally got my GPU working thanks to your EFI-folder, thanks so much! Got the same motherboard

Got the same problem, have you found a solution yet?
It is Easy. Just Go to System Preference => Sound => Output => Select Internal Speaker Or Headphones (If you connect any device in front audio port.) Boom You get your audio.

Note: At First login My Sound Output was at "Digital Out" as Default. So You get Audio Disabled Icon when you press volume button.
