Ok, I just made a new USB boot with Unibeast 7.1.1 and now I can see the installation icon, then, double click and runs smooth until the "prohibitted sign" and.. thats it :thumbdown.

This is my first Hackintosh build so I'm reading a lot but haven't found anything directly with 10.12.6...

My build consists of:
CPU: i5 6600k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb 3000mhz
MOB: gigabyte z270xp-sli
NO graphic card -> Really don't know what intel graphics does it have suppose its 6xx
Hard drive: Samsung SSD 850 M2 with 500gb
Wifi/BT: installed a Fenvo FV9801 (got it from a friend, don't know if its really supported) - I think its my first suspect that causes failure to proceed

aaand... trying to install Siera 10.12.6 (also downloaded Multibeast 9.2)

Thanks for all the help you can provide!

prohibited sign means your clover config isnt matching with your hardware OR your UEFI setting isnt correct.

Try this-
  • make usb using Unibeast- use UEFI Boot Mode in unibeast. Dont select anything in Graphics Configuration and dont modify EFI partition or clover setting of USB
  • Check uefi settings, make it similar to following
1. To access BIOS/UEFI Setup, press and hold Delete on a USB Keyboard while the system is booting up
2. Load Optimized Defaults
3. If your CPU supports VT-d, disable it
4. If your system has CFG-Lock, disable it
5. If your system has Secure Boot Mode, disable it
6. Set OS Type to Other OS
7. If your system has IO SerialPort, disable it
8. Set XHCI Handoff to Enabled
9. If you have a 6 series or x58 system with AWARD BIOS, disable USB 3.0
10. Save and exit.

Thanks! it worked!! now I finished installation, repaired the intel 6xx graph glitch. Now I'll have to work on put the bluetooth, messages and hdmi sound to work and thats! it!

XHCI-handoff toggle was removed in the newest bios of my Z270F. Maybe in Z270G too. Can't find it anywhere or it has been renamed, however, my OSX works perfectly.

Good job, Thealika! Many thanks!

Integrated graphics work well, but I would really like to get the NvidiaWeb driver loaded. SystemParameters > NvidiaWeb YES doesn't do it. If anyone has had success with this, I would really like to hear the details. Thanks again!

BIOS - Disable Integrated Graphics - PEG as Primary
Use a digital connection to your monitor - VGA is not supported.
Boot with nv_disable=1
Install Nvidia Web Drivers
Config.plist - Do not inject Intel or Nvidia graphics and no ig-platform-id
Edit config.plist - NvidiaWeb = true as per Link
May need to emulate NVRAM - Problem 6 (Install EmuVariableUefi-64 + RC Scripts)
Remove nv_disable=1 from config.plist
MacPro 6,1 or iMac 15 or iMac 17 System Definition need black screen fix as per Link

BreBo, thank you!!

My graphics card is now purring contentedly.

@thealika does your setup work on High Sierra? I am trying to get Quick Sync working but no luck so far. Does it work with your settings? The only way to get Quick Sync somehow working is by enabling the disablegtxfirmware argument but then FCPX crashes. If your settings work then I might try working with your config.plist to see if that makes it work.
