Ok, finally I was able to install the Supplemental Update.
0. Installed Clover r4233
1. Uninstalled the Nvidia Web Driver.
2. New Apfs.efi on Clover folder.
3. Deleted the Emuvariable.efi in Clover and concludes that my system works fine without this drive.
4. Ran the update through AppStore.

EDIT: Everything ok now! Thanks Nvidia for the new Web Driver :headbang:

Is anyone else having Issues with iTunes crashing often or its just me.
Never had a crash on Sierra

Update went smooth.

Window server won't boot with the current version of the Nvidia web drivers installed... So I booted into single user mode, just patched Info.plist in NVDAStartupWeb.kext with the version num of the supplemental upgrade, redid permissions in /L/E, rebuilt my kextcache, and boom. Flawless.
How do you do this? Can you explain please. Thanks

Today Apple released macOS High Sierra Supplemental Update, the first major update to macOS High Sierra. Update any supported system using the built-in Software Update functionality through the Mac App Store, or by using the standalone installer available from Apple.com.

Be sure to back up any important data, and if possible clone your hard drive before applying the update. If you have any issues post-update, press spacebar, and boot using Safe Mode.

What we know about 10.13 Supplemental Update so far...
  • macOS Build 17A405
  • Updated apfs.efi
  • Updated Intel, NVIDIA, and AMD graphics drivers
    • NVIDIA Alternate Graphics Drivers have not been updated for macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update.
  • This update will replace your audio drivers. If you enabled Realtek onboard audio using MultiBeast or the cloverALC script, no changes will be necessary.
  • Install macOS High Sierra App has been updated - If you downloaded macOS High Sierra from the App Store prior to today, and you want to have the latest version on your backup installer USB, simply log into the Mac App Store and click Download. The updated Install macOS High Sierra App can be found in the Applications folder.
Testing is now underway- this post will be updated. Good luck, and let us know how it goes! Report your results here.

Update went fine here. However the update faze has changed. Now its two reboots instead of one. Updated via Combo.

After many unsuccessful attempts, I decided to download the last version of HS from AppStore, built an another USB key from it, updated to the latest Clover 4233 and install the update from the USB key.
After two restarts from the key on macosInstall and another directly from the SSD, I succeeded.
I think we have to get used to such chaotic updates of High Sierra.

Ok. Finally I figure it out how to install update to APFS system.

If you install all kext to L/E or S/L/E on post installation process especially primary kext such as FakeSMC, IntelGraphicsFixup and Lilu(this is for my system cause I don't have discrete Graphics Card) you must to move it back these kexts to CLOVER/kext/others. Then remove the EmuVariableUefi-64.efi if you are using it. Otherwise you will get this error when you choose "Boot MacOS Install from High Sierra"

Mission Complete :headbang:

Thank you so much. After removing EmuVariableUefi-64.efi finally the installation completes after a sleepless night. This driver isn't needed anymore.

I stupidly updated to this blindly.. (Well sort of.. I knew I had a USB installer that I could re-install using..), forgetting about all the advise on waiting for braver testers. Thankfully, all went smoothly on this side. The only thing I had to "fix" was re-applying the script which fixes on-board sound. My nvidia card does not appear to require the web drivers thankfully.. Which haven't been updated yet.

No problem. If you want to use Find My Mac you still need to EmuVariableUefi-64.efi otherwise you will see the Find My Mac greyed out.
