I purchased teh BCM94360CD, not the BCM94360CS2.

Yes, the bluetooth does work. I have a 100% authentic apple wifi/bt module so macOS sees it as such. Go over to System Report under Bluetooth and see what it says.

Hello sumsaykra-z, I bought a BCM94360cd with bluetooth4.0 Card + m2 to mini PCI-e adaptor, but the bluetooth still does not work! Could you tell me which kind of adaptor are you using? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay. I've been on vacation. I'll link to what I purchased EXACTLY.

Apple Broadcom Card
M.2 to BCM

Now, I'm running macOS Sierra, not High Sierra. I'm not aware of any issues with High Sierra though.

Post a screenshot of System Report for Bluetooth

Hello I have the same system and recently learning about this, I was wondering if you have any issue with the network card when installed with High Sierra, I was wondering how to solve this and also the restart and shutdown do you freeze on this part?

Hello sumsaykra-z,
I have the same MB as you, I bought a Bcm94360CD+M.2 to BCM, The Wi-Fi is worked, the Bluetooth still does not work, could u upload your EFI folder? Could u take a picture of your Wi-Fi Card and The Adapter? Could u take a picture of the Bluetooth info showed in MacOS Sierra. Thanks.

@kennydk Are you installing Sierra or High Sierra?

I also have this mainboard and sometimes the bluetooth works kinda with the build in card.
It's not stable though - sometimes the bluetooth is not recognized and sometimes the devices won't pair, hard shutdown and/or disconnecting the pc from power seems to help(?).
I don't have any usb adapters for this, so it's definitely the onboard bluetooth module. At this moment it works with my magic keybord/magic trackpad.

Most people seem to use the original modules, just wanted to share that the onboard bluetooth works (despite needing some fixes).

I am using High Sierra with the EFI folder from this guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...t-upgrade-fresh-install-on-h270n-wifi.233433/
