I've reported that the system-sleep tearing on 1060s appears present and possibly worse on High Sierra with the new web drivers, at least that is my experience on my system. This issue affects the system after it goes to system sleep (not display sleep) on 1060s and some folks can resolve it with display-sleeping while others appear to need to reboot. On my system it's worse because after sleep both monitors flicker and tear and on the one time I tried it I lost the mouse cursor completely on the second monitor requiring a reboot.
Does it happen on all Nvidia cards from 10xx generation?

Yes rob3r7o I confirm , your solution works fine in Adobe apps.
First install 9.0.197 and then make the changes!

Thank you. I corrected my typo in Post #2.

By the way after

Code:
cd /Volumes/yourHSdiskname/

shouldn't it be

Code:
sudo touch Library/Extensions/ System/Library/Extensions/

so that user executing those commands from another system would target the correct directories in the /Volumes/yourHSdiskname/ and not the ones in the root of the current active drive?

On my i5-6500 + GTX 970 and these drivers the UI is laggy/tearing as heck... Anyone else? It was buttery smooth on Sierra... :(

I7-2600k + GTX660ti and my UI is laggy/tearing as well (both with nvidia drivers and without). Completely smooth on Sierra.

So nobody has tearing or flickering then??
If you mean in world of warcraft, that's a known issue and been reported to both nvidia and world of warcraft team. there is a flickering issue in nvidia driver somewhere with certain metal effects. I've only see int in WoW. other games, and apps don't have flicker.

For enable CUDA driver i made this change https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-12-1-367-15-10-15.205568/page-2#post-1357600

in my case i am with this first 10.13 web driver and cuda 9
rename: libcuda_378.05.05.25_mercury.dylib in libcuda_378.10.10.10_mercury.dylib
add in info.plist
<key>378.10.10.10</key>
<string>378.10.10.10</string>

I don't have adobe to test it, just run OctaneBench 3 and it works.
Is this a good way?
Here the file modded Cuda9.0.197.zip

Thank you so much.
As you mentioned, I dont know if this is a good way to resolve the issue, but it did solve my problem. Now I have CUDA acceleration in Davinci Resolve !!!

Not in WOW, don't know why you would game in macOS on a pc that runs windows..
In my case macOS windows flicker, other element are very slow to draw..

So I'm not sure whats going on here.
I upgraded to High Sierra without using APFS using this guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...n-high-sierra-update-or-fresh-install.232855/

After that, I used Stork's guide to install the graphic drivers.
Now, after each reboot, the computer works better than ever and then slowly deteriorates. The screen looks like it does in the screenshot below(in various areas) and some apps stop responding. Some apps and the overall OS still function as they should.
Any idea whats wrong?? I attached my config.plist because I have a feeling that its something to do with that.
I should note that the screen started doing this before the graphics drivers were installed but not that extremely(probably because I rebooted a couple times).
Thanks a million in advance!

Is there a way to get this to work in 10.13.1? I forgot about the whole driver version issue. Thanks for the help.
