anyone got an issue with youtube?
if you have a smaller (not fullscreen) browser window open on youtube, then fullscreen the video, you get a bar visible to the desktop where your dock is.
however if you fullscreen the browser, then fullscreen the video, you dont get this.
using firefox latest update.

I downloaded HS but couldn't find good (working) way to create my new Installation pendrive here so...
If someone wants to create USB Installation drive, this is what you have to write in Terminal:


sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app --no interaction

If our USB Drive is named: USB

updated, had to switch from DisplayPort to DVI/HDMI ... which I discovered because my bluetooth speaker kicked on whilst the screen was black ... otherwise flawless upgrade.

Same here… Tried both a local 'Install macOS High Sierra' and a createinstallmedia USB with every essential .kext… What am I doing wrong? Outdated CPU?

Well, that's hard to tell since you didn't fill out your Profile's component list as per the Forum's Rules & Policies. By doing do, you can help us help you better.

• Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Make sure SIP is disabled (not just kext signing and filesystem), latest Clover and you should run the update app from the start every time you get this error.

How and where do I disable SIP?
