How to Fix iMessage

I tried with all online tutotial but iMessage don't work. it says "an error occurred during activation". What can I do?
os: sierra 10.12.6

Confirm Ethernet is en0 and BuiltIn.
Post output from iMessageDebug.
Attach config.plist.

Nothing there that should cause you any problems (with iMessage).

Called them as well and gave them the code, still didn't work. They told me they will call me back.
I think it's a no-go...
