Hi All,

I have 2 issues with my build NUC6i5SYH.

1. no audio
2. When opening a jpeg its all pixelated in preview no where else..

This is what I have done

I created a 16gb usb doot driver with clover.
Tried to install macos sierra however I get the payload error from the mac install setup.
I have a macbook air with the i5 processor so decided to do a restore from the time machine.
This got me going but 2 issues above I cant fix.

I have attached the config.plist and the pixelated photo in preview only.

I have followed the guides but I stuck!View attachment 278840 View attachment 278840

Hi All,
I'm not completely newbie but last time I installed OSX on non-Apple HW was about 9 years ago with 10.5.x. I read a lot before posting my problem and tried many ways to solve it.

I'm having issues to get running NUC6i7KYK. No matter what I do, I see plusses ++++++ string at the end.
  • I'm running BIOS 50 (latest) with all recommended BIOS options.
  • USB stick was prepared in multiple ways (both USB3.0 and USB2.0), the easiest was to use Unibeast 7.1.1 and then add/delete kexts, HFSPlus, config.plist (for Skull Canyon) as show on a screenshot.
  • The only change I did for config file is added "-v".
  • I'm using HDMI output.
  • No matter what I do, I see plusses. it was also complaining to OsxAptioFixDrv2 or OsxAptioFixDrv if I leave them.
  • Of course, yellow USB slot is used but blue slots a verified as well.
  • It's fresh Sierra build, downloaded yesterday.
Please help, any advise is appreciated!

This guide does not use Unibeast.
Please follow the guide as written in post #1.

Thank you for the reply. I followed that recommendation and installed everything from scratch using only "createinstallmedia" including your distribution of Clover. But I still see a problem. Here is my current configuration on a screenshot.
Could it be any BIOS change in BIOS50? Please, help.

Attach verbose boot photo.
Attach EFI/Clover (without themes, as ZIP).

Hey rehabman I have uploaded the zip as requested. Can you please have a look?

You got all of it wrong (it is as if you didn't even read the guide).
Start over.
