Hey all-

I have updated to High Sierra, and everything is working great - EXCEPT, a bunch of artifacting and random screen "noise" on my desktop and windows. I have a Gigabyte UP5 TH Z77 and a Nvidia 660ti- any advice is welcome! I have already tried the NVRAM efi fix and the Nvidia driver hack, to no avail...videos work fine and apps seem to work fine, except for artifacting and checkboard effects after about 5-10 minutes

Verify that inject intel is set to false in config. Check that onboard iGPU is disabled in the BIOS.

Done and done... thanks for the ideas, any others are welcome as well!

Thanks again for your help- here you go! And just an FYI, everything worked fine with Sierra... this is a new problem with 10.13

Using incorrect SMBIOS. Should be using iMac 13,2 for your hardware. Graphics is showing under PEGP should be under GFX0. Native Powermanegement is not implemented.

I know I’m using wrong SMBIOS- Mac Pro 6,1 worked best under Sierra because of audio popping issues with iMac SMBIOS... how would I change graphics from PEGP to GFX0? And what would I do do implement power management? Thanks!

Popping issues with Audio are most likely caused by using wrong Nodes in AppleHDAinjector. Renaming PEGP to GFX0 is correct. Take a look at https://github.com/VoiletDragon/Z77X-UD5H-Clover-Hotpatch-Patches at ACPI, DSDT, Patches. Don't use Clover Configurator to add ACPI, DSDT, Patches to config it will destroy the config.
