I am having the black screen problem when mac boots. The installation went perfectly and went black when it started booting.
iMac 10.1 shouldn't suffer from the definition problem. I prefer native solution rather than web drivers.
I can boot with nv_disable=1.

When you say "the installation went perfectly", what system was already running ? Sierra version ?
Did you update clover before doing the system update ?
Try system definition 14,2, best results for me for Core2Duo.

Clean install using clover
Sierra version ?
as in title 10.12 the first version.

iMac 14.2 is not core2due but core i5 or i7
"the installation went perfectly"
perfect means that the card was working in installation but after the second reboot I got that black screen.

Hi, I'm no expert... check out if you really need the inject nvidia : in my case, one black screen, the other one ok - I was able to reinstate dual monitor very easily : uncheck 'inject nvidia' and (in my case): dual link to ''1'' instead of ''0'' - both in Clover Configurator (guess you can also do it from MultiBeast - but I'm still learning all this :) -I use a GTX 650 - this one definitely don't need web drivers, neither inject nvidia. And as I was told: entering ''nv_disable=1'' would prevent the native OS X driver from loading... Hope this helps...

Again try system definition 14,2, my core2duo is rock solid using it...

You ROCK my friend. Sorry I doubted you. I thought I need core 2 duo definition.
Thanks.
