But this problem is appear in 10.12.4 - 10.13. and for the Backlight control ,I just patch brightness in dsdt and it seems work.

Fix backlight control, then we'll see what the status is.
Your problem may be the well known Broadwell problem that started in 10.12.4 (which as far as I know, no solution).
But you should reserve judgement until you fix everything else that is wrong.

Your kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

HECI should be renamed to IMEI.
Your USB configuration is wrong (UsbConnector values are wrong).
USB WiFi is not recommended. Install compatible PCIe WiFi instead.
Remove unnecessary software such as: net.telestream.driver.TelestreamAudio

Also try different ig-platform-id values.

I am not sure if you mean the kext in my clover should be installed to the system volume?
And how can I get right usbconnector value,any suggestions? For the ig-platform-id i have try as many as i can try .but nothing better than 0x16160002 .Thank you
