Depends:
10.11 > 10.12: Different audio patch
10.12 > 10.13: Same
Thank you. So I carry on using the 10.12 method for 10.13 Great one less hassle to upgrade to High Sierra :)

Not recommended, MultiBeast 9.2 does not support 10.13.
I am aware of that and upgraded from Sierrra to High Sierra DB7 with a USB stick only. Thereafter everything was working except audio and my nVidia GTX 970.
For audio, and only for audio, I used Multibeast 9.2.0 to get the ALC1150 working again together with the 100/200 patch to rename HDAS to HDEF for the Skylake mobo of mine. And as I mentioned it is working great, including Siri. For the GTX 970 I will wait for nVidia to release new drivers.

Quick question Toleda, I assume as I have a Z270 board that the script will not work to enable the ALC892 on my board (which is not a problem as I have HDMI audio on my video card, and a mixing console hooked up for headphone use, so I can wait till these boards are supported).

CloverALC-130.command worked perfectly here with hardware in signature

I tried to install it but i have an error

It says No IOReg/HDEf Bios/audio/disabled or ACPI problem

I have ALC1220
