I would try using a compatible graphics card like the GT 710. The HD 5450 is AMD and not well supported by macOS. There are also older low profile GT 640s you can find yet on Ebay that will work also. Do you have the SFF form factor case or Mini-Tower ?
I have the SFF. you think it's the graphics card? I have a nvidia gt610 that I could try. Do you think that would really work?

That GT610 will work with El Capitan but not Sierra. The GT710 works with Sierra but not with El Capitan.

You could try the FakeID approach for your 5450. See this guide to do that: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-enabling-ati-radeon-hd-5450.180817/ I'm not sure that it works very well for 10.12.6 though. Best bet would be to just get a GT710 or use your GT610 with El Capitan instead.

It's not likely to work but Jamester64 could give it a try anyway. I've never seen that wifi card used in any Mac.
All of the Mac compatible BCM wifi card models start with numbers 943.

It's not being detected at all, also PC came with 4gb 1600mhz ram but i had 16gb of 1333mhz ram laying around so I swapped them, all is working fine but would it be worth upgrading to faster ram ?

It won't make much of a noticeable difference. With the high cost of ram these days, stay with what you've got.
Almost $135 for a 16 GB Kit ???
