Hello Toleda,

I’ve been following mille1j’s posts as I have motherboard and same issue. I’ve tried script: audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.1.command and had the same outcome as mille1j did. Below is the output from the v0.2 script.

As always, thanks for your help!

had the same outcome as mille1j
Not even close.
Missed Post #1/I. cloverHDMI/6. Notes/3. Kaby Lake/HD 6x0 (remove property)/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Item 0 (Rename HDAS to HDEF or change HDAS to HDEF).

Attached config.plist is not reflected in IOReg.
Edit config.plist as noted, install and restart.

Thank you sir! I've been able to enable HDMI audio on my HD 630 by removing the property above.

Much appreciated!

Nuts, thought it worked. HDMI will show up in the output menu. It also shows in the Sound Effects menu, but after you select it it reverts back to "Selected sound output device". Weird. I'll get to work on assembling the needed files for proper problem posting.

1. Monitor connected by HDMI shows up in the sounds control panel under the "Play sound effects through:" menu, but after you select the monitor, "Play sound effects through:" reverts back to "Selected sound output device"
2. OSX 10.12.6. Gigabyte GA-h270N-Wifi. BIOS Version F6, 7600, HD 630
3. I used multibeast to install ALC1220 and 100/200 Series audio. Then, i used kextbeast to make sure L/E had the most up to date AppleALC.kext. Finally I ran audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.2.command.zip Output is attached
4. IoReg attached

6. attached
7. attatched
8. N/A
9. Attached

In DPCIManager I see two Audio Devices-Realtek and Intel. I presume that Realtek is for the back panel ports and that Intel is the HDMI?

I'm wondering if something is missing from KextstoPatch. After running your script, there was an entry that had greyed out text it in, making me believe that the script attempted to enter something, but failed.

HD630 HDMI audio is working
To select HDMI audio as the audio output device:
System Preferences/Sound/Output/HDMI

Something is still not right. I have it selected as seen in the screen shot below, but still cannot get any audio. Also, when I go to Youtube, videos won't play if I have HDMI selected in the Sound Output control panel. If i change it to something else, like "Optical digital-out port" then videos will play (no sound of course) and if I change it back to HDMI the video stops.

Its strange.

UPDATE
I removed FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext from L/E. Youtube videos will now play and the HDMI source will stay selected, but I still don't get actual sound. Progress though.
