macOS 10.12.6 Update

It's a Clover kernel patch. You stick it in the KernelToPatch section of your config.plist and it'll apply the patch on-the-fly based on the specified qualifiers.

Oddly enough I can't find mention of the KernelToPatch section in the English Clover wiki, but the Spanish version definitely mentions it. Makes me wonder if the feature has been removed in recent versions...

Thanks. I had no idea such a function existed. So you don't replace, there is a place to patch. I will see where that takes me.

Did the update yesterday through the App Store without any problem.
Everything is still working, this I my first real setup running El Capitan and Sierra in dual boot.

updated using the the command line tool.... made me very happy as it updated while I was just typing away

If anyone is interested, just run:

> sudo softwareupdate -i -a​

Btw, I am trying to get my HD530 to work but still not success with lilu and the intelpatch. I am running on my gtx950 atm. How's everyone else's luck with the iGPU?

Does it work at full resolution? What is it being displayed under "About this Mac" -> "Graphics" label? I am asking since my GTX 960 also works with the macOS driver however with limited resolution. Only with the Nvidia driver it works at full resolution (in my case 4K)

Don;t know, I have only a display with 1980 x 1200 resolution

Took a little while but got it up an running

Update, restart, login, notification NVIDIA driver update, install, reboot, finish. Smooth as silk...

Audio / Wifi / Bluetooth all working like before..

Smoothest update ever, like the real thing...

upgrade from appstore
after reboot standard resolution, upgrade nvidia driver, dont reboot, apply AGDPfix.v1.3, reboot, done.
Sound OK! was using VoodooHDA kext
