OSX EI Captain Can't shutdown completed

Keep in mind there is a 15-20 sec delay...

I already read your thread & implemented in my laptop. However, it still the same - my laptop just turn off when I unplug all external USB connector.

You will need to provide details on the problem.
No idea what you mean by "my laptop just turn off when I unplug all external USB connector"...
To me, that means that:
- you have some USB devices plugged in
- you unplug each device one by one
- when you unplug the last device, the laptop turns off

Is that what you're reporting?

No, I mean when I unplug all USB devices and then click shutdown, the laptop turns off
