The easiest way of course is to connect via ethernet first before wifi so that MAS access will work.
The wired ethernet must show up as en0 and builtin for MAS access to work.
Here's one example of how it should look in DPCImgr. Your model will be Intel of course.

Have you installed the Intel ethernet kext properly? You could delete it from /Library/Extensions and the reinstall just that with Multibeast. Have the USB wifi unplugged, delete that entry from the Network prefs and connect to the internet. Unless the hardware is not working (Intel LAN chip) you should get ethernet to work for internet access.

Thanks for your response! I did what you suggested and deleted the intelmausi kext from /Library/Extensions, removed the wifi adapter and deleted it from the network config before reinstalling the kext via multibeast and rebooted. However it came back up with nothing in the DPCIManager after this. The only thing that shows up in the Network list is PCI Serial Adapter (22).

Do you have a drive with Windows on it that you could try connecting to the internet via the ethernet ?
If it doesn't work you know you've got a hardware issue and not a software one.

While we're on the subject of network thingamabobs, I finally received my Fenvi FT919 from Schenzen. I was a little skeptical because of the intimidating four-antenna array and the fact that the listing was specifically promoted for Hackintosh use, but it all seems to be working. Wifi and Bluetooth both connect and work just fine.

I only really got it for Continuity. I downloaded that "continuity activation tool" from elsewhere on the forum, but it seemed a little outdated. Anyways, ran it, rebooted, made sure Handoff was activated under settings, but nothing seems to happen. I know there is a lot of things that could impact Continuity, but I'm wondering if theres a guide or something I'm just not seeing?

I have to say, this is one of the most responsive and helpful communities I've ever come across. I've really had a blast with this whole experience. So much so that I'm about to tackle getting Sierra on an X220 :p

PS My card didn't come with a low profile bracket; anyone have ideas on a quick and dirty solution? I don't have adequate access to power tools I'm afraid.

For the LP bracket search for one on Ebay. For continuity try the basic things first like signing out of iCloud and signing back in on all your devices. I don't own an iPhone or other iDevice to test this feature out. Maybe someone else who does have one could offer some tips.

Did you try the BETA version of the CAT? Because I saw that the beta version was for Sierra.

Does your airdrop work? That's what I'm interested in.

Yes, I did try the beta one. I had ran the diagnostic and all of what I saw were important (like Continuity being active) seemed okay.
I just did a test sending a file from my phone to my Mac. The file sent but it took close to a minute for the phone and the computer to see one another. I do think it was due to the fact that my Mac was connected to my 5GHz network and the phone to the 2.4GHz even though the Mac is connected to the router via ethernet.

Strangely, I see the iCloud Tabs in Safari for my Mac on my phone, but not the tabs for my phone on my Mac, so I think signing out of iCloud and signing back in might be the next step.

Another option for USB Wifi
Just tried out a TP-Link WN725N V2.2 usb wifi adapter and it works with Sierra. It only cost $9.99 at Amazon. Also works with Win10 OOB. The driver you will need for Sierra is attached below as a Zip file.

The range is not as great as adapters with large plastic antennas but this gets the job done if you're not an excessively long distance from your router.

Buy the one that says Ships from and sold by Amazon.com to make sure you get Ver2.2 if possible.
Some have reported Ver2.1 working as well with the driver installed.

The Word is Out
HP Elite 8300 SFF is the best selling PC/CustoMac on all of Amazon.com I'm pretty sure we had something to do with this !
Thanks to everyone in the community that helped with all the testing and research. It is an amazing desktop value. The high cost of Ram and storage these days has made it an even better value. These run Win10 at least twice as fast as most new Win10 desktop PCs that sell for under $350. We already know how well Sierra works when installed on an SSD on these. Just think how many Mac desktops Apple could sell in the 250-300 dollar range that were easily user upgradeable like one of these. Too bad it will never happen with Apple as it is today. It would bring many tens of millions more into the Apple ecosystem.

8GB of ram and a 1 TB HDD will cost you $116 and an I5 CPU about $180 = $296 Which is over 100 dollars more than the 8300
SFF complete system. A case, PSU and Motherboard would add at least another $180. Total of a new build is $476.

An HP Core I5-7400 prebuilt is about the same price.

Make sure you get Ver2.2 of the USB dongle. There are older versions that may not work in Sierra, only in older versions of macOS. If you buy new from Amazon.com you should get this version.
