Run iMessageDebugger and have a look at the values in the readout and see if any says failed.

Everything seems fine done the guide over and over and always get customer support code. I don't have a real mac so I'm guessing the generated mlb/rom isn't registered on Apples servers hence the customer support code error?

Once again I will state - If you are unfortunately plagued with the call Apple with a provided Code, then you are at the mercy of Apple Tech. Even if you change the injected values over and over again, your rig will still throw up the Code message. There are two sure fired ways to overcome the problem, the first way is to call Apple and hope for a sympathetic tech person who will remove the block.

The second way (I don't really like to advocate this method as it encourages illegal cloning) is to use the values from a defunct Apple iMac or the like, owned and previously registered by you and no longer connects to any Apple Services.

UPDATE -

I rang customer support again and was asked for serial number. I gave one that was not valid and he came to the impression my device went under repairs and the mlb and serial and all was changed. The guy started screen sharing with me and said he's trying a few things on his side and to try log in. Didn't work. He then put me through to his senior adviser and he tried a few things his side and didn't work. He then put my case forward to some technical engineer and told me I would hear back off them in the next few days. Any idea whats going on now?

Hi guys. Sorry for the double post.

I created a new apple ID and got iMessage working apart from I can't send an iMessage to contacts if the number starts 07 it has to be prefix +44 (I'm from the UK) if the number starts with 07 I get the error "This number is not registered with iMessage".

If the contact iMessages me, their message will appear with their number but with +44 infront of it and no name.

so I'm guessing it's something to do with the prefix/location etc. Any ideas how to fix this? Also my messages haven't synced up to my mac but they send/receive

Thanks

No need to fix it, that's the way it works.
UK numbers start with +44 then you drop the leading zero from the 'phone number and enter the rest into your contact details.

So I have to go through all my contacts individually and change them to +44?
