Keyboard and mouse Disabled on OS X Sierra Installer

My Build:
Asus Sabertooth x79
NVIDIA GTX 760

I was able to make it all the way to the installer screen but as soon as that screen appears, my mouse and keyboard is disabled. Also, if i plug any other device in the same USB ports the device seems to work. Both keyboard and mouse are plugged in USB 2.0 Port and i also tried plugging them in 3.0 Port and they still don't work on the installation screen.

What i Did?
Initially, i tried installing the os on my external hard drive but i was never able to get to the installation screen.
I did some research and found that it's works if you install the OS on the SSD hard drive so i did that and finally made it to the installation screen.

What i Tried?
i used a few bootflags in clover so i could get to the installation screen:
-v USBBusFix=Yes npci=0x3000
Disabled vt-d
enabled USB Legacy
enabled USB 3.0

Are there any suggestion that could help me in getting the keyboard and mouse working when it hits the installation screen?

Unfortunately no quick Software fixes.
May be a hardware fix of some sort.You can create a "USB bridge" to cross this chasm. Install a PCIE USB 3.0 card like Sonnet Allegro USB 3.0 PCIe 4-Port (Mac and Windows Compatible) or
Inateck PCI-E to USB 3.0 5-Port PCI Express Card and 15-Pin Power Connector, Mini PCI-E USB 3.0 Hub Controller Adapter, with Internal USB 3.0 20-PIN Connector

These cards will work only after System file from the USB installer are loaded to the RAM . You should not connect the Mouse and Keyboard to these new ports when you start to boot. You still have to use your integrated USB ports to start with and when they die at the critical Installation screen, disconnect the Mouse and keyboard from their original ports and connect them to the ports from these cards.

Hope with this acrobatics you can finish the installation.

**UPDATE**
I got the PCI USB 3.0 and it worked like a charm. The only problem i have is that none of the usb ports from the motherboard are functional. only the third party usb ports that's installed. Any ideas on how to get the rest of the ports working?

Glad you made it this far with Sierra Installation in your X79 Motherboard. That is a great thing.

For your Native USB ports problem, please post your questions in https://www.tonymacx86.com/forums/hardware-troubleshooting.154/ where you get better help. If you can get Rehabman to see you post, I am pretty certain , you can solve it with his expert help. The troubleshoot involves SSDT creation and installation to make those ports work.
